Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using any part of the Scorology website, services, or programs.

These Terms govern the use of all Scorology services, including but not limited to:

Healthy Start™ (Credit Education & Improvement Programs)

CapitalNow™ (Business Funding & Capital Advisory Services)

LifeBalance™ (Life Insurance, Income Protection & Legacy Planning Services)

All associated websites, portals, digital tools, dashboards, communication systems, and educational materials. By accessing, browsing, or using any Scorology service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

“Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to Scorology LLC, a Texas-registered financial consulting and education firm.

“Service” or “Services” refers to the Website, web applications, products, advisory programs, credit education tools, funding readiness assessments, funding application support, life insurance advisory services, and any other products offered by Scorology.

“You” or “User” means any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

“Affiliate” refers to any entity under common ownership or management with the Company.

“Device” means any computer, phone, tablet, or digital equipment used to access the Service.

“Third-Party Services” refers to outside parties including lenders, credit bureaus, insurance carriers, underwriting providers, and verification systems.

Acknowledgment & Eligibility

These Terms constitute the full legal agreement between You and Scorology. By using the Service, You confirm that: You are at least 18 years old. You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws while using the Service. You have read and understand Scorology’s Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, discontinue use immediately.

Scope of Services

Scorology operates as a Financial Education & Advisory Firm. We provide:

Healthy Start™ — Credit Education & Improvement

Scorology provides credit education, credit analysis, report review, strategic guidance, and credit improvement planning.
We do not offer legal representation, credit repair guarantees, or remove accurate information from credit bureaus.

CapitalNow™ — Business Funding Advisory

Scorology provides funding readiness assessments, qualification analysis, application support, and strategic capital guidance. We do not guarantee funding approvals or specific terms, as final decisions are made solely by third-party lenders or underwriting partners.

LifeBalance™ — Life Insurance & Protection Advisory

Life insurance services are provided by properly licensed agents operating under the appropriate state and carrier regulations.
Carrier approval, rates, and underwriting outcomes are controlled by independent insurance carriers—not Scorology.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Results depend on individual financial history, income, credit profile, underwriting criteria, and third-party decisions.
Scorology does not guarantee funding, credit score increases, policy approvals, specific underwriting classes, or future financial outcomes.

User Responsibilities

You agree to: Provide accurate and truthful information. Refrain from misrepresenting financial details. Use the Services only for lawful purposes. Maintain the security of account credentials. Not exploit or redistribute Scorology materials without permission. Failure to comply can result in termination of service.

Third-Party Services & No Control Clause

Scorology may interact with or link to third-party: Credit bureaus, Lenders & underwriting systems, Financial platforms, Insurance carriers, Educational partners. Scorology has no control over third-party decisions, data reporting, timelines, underwriting, or system availability.

We do not endorse and are not liable for third-party: Actions, Delays, Errors, Privacy practices, Denials or approvals. Always review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party linked to our Service.

Intellectual Property

All: Content, Logos, Product names, Training materials, Reports, Tools, Digital assets, Branding elements, Written content, are owned exclusively by Scorology LLC.

Unauthorized use, duplication, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate Your access to any or all Services, without notice, for: Violations of these Terms, Fraudulent behavior, Abuse of services, Non-payment, Misuse of programs, and Legal or compliance concerns. Upon termination, all rights to use the Service end immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: Scorology is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Scorology’s total liability shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid for the service, whichever is greater. Scorology is not liable for: Credit scoring outcomes, Loan decisions, Insurance underwriting results, Financial losses, Data inaccuracies, Delays caused by third-party systems. You acknowledge that all financial outcomes depend on external factors beyond Scorology’s control.

“As-Is” Service Disclaimer

All Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Scorology makes no warranties—express or implied—including: Merchantability, Fitness for a particular purpose, Accuracy, Error-free operation, Score improvements, Approval guarantees. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions; in these cases, limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Before taking legal action, You agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting Scorology at [email protected].

If unresolved, all disputes shall be handled through: Binding arbitration, held in Texas, Under rules consistent with state and federal law. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

United States Compliance

You affirm that you are not: Located in a sanctioned country, Engaging with restricted parties, or Violating any U.S. compliance regulations.

Severability & Waiver

If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions stay in full effect.

A failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of future enforcement.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted publicly with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
