If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

Scorology LLC ("Scorology") operates as a financial consulting and advisory platform.

Scorology provides education, guidance, and strategic direction, connects users with third-party providers, and facilitates access to financial solutions through independent partners.

Scorology does not lend money, underwrite or approve financial products, issue insurance policies, or act as a broker-dealer or fiduciary.

All financial products and services are offered and fulfilled by independent third-party providers.

3. Third-Party Services & Relationships

Scorology works with external partners, including GrowthLock for business funding solutions and Experior Financial Group for insurance and annuity solutions.

By engaging with services through the platform, you acknowledge that your information may be shared with these partners, you will be subject to their independent terms, conditions, and privacy policies, and all approvals, denials, offers, and outcomes are determined solely by those third parties.

Scorology does not control and is not responsible for third-party decisions, actions, or results.

4. No Fees for Core Services

Scorology does not charge clients directly for business funding services, life insurance services, or annuity services.

Compensation for these services is handled through partner relationships and/or independent associates.

5. Specialized Consultation Services

In certain cases, independent associates operating within or alongside the Scorology platform may offer specialized consulting services.

Any fees for such services are agreed upon directly between the client and the associate.

Scorology is not a party to these agreements and does not control, guarantee, or enforce these arrangements.

6. No Guarantees or Financial Outcomes

Scorology makes no guarantees regarding funding approvals or terms, insurance approvals, ratings, annuity approvals, issuance decisions, or financial outcomes, results, or performance.

All financial decisions and outcomes are subject to third-party evaluation, underwriting, and market conditions.

7. User Responsibilities

By using the platform, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, use the platform for lawful purposes only, and not misrepresent financial or personal information.

Scorology reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for any misuse or misrepresentation.

8. Communications Consent

By submitting your information, you consent to receive communications from Scorology via email, SMS (text messaging), and phone calls.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP."

9. Cancellation & Third-Party Terms

Any applications, services, or financial products initiated through third-party providers are governed by those providers' terms and conditions.

Cancellation policies are determined by the respective third-party provider.

Scorology does not control or manage cancellation, modification, or fulfillment of third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scorology shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform, reliance on information or guidance provided, decisions made by third-party providers, or financial outcomes or losses.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scorology from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your interaction with third-party providers.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in the State of Texas.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

13. Platform Availability

Scorology does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its platform or services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.

14. Modifications to Terms

Scorology may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
