• Legal & Compliance: Regulatory authorities when required, along with fraud prevention and risk management partners.

6. Business Funding Data Sharing

In connection with business funding solutions, Scorology works with GrowthLock, a platform that facilitates access to a network of financial institutions, including banks and alternative lenders.

When you request or apply for funding, your information may be shared with GrowthLock and subsequently with one or more financial partners for pre-qualification and offer generation, underwriting and risk evaluation, funding approval and disbursement, and ongoing servicing and compliance.

These financial partners operate independently and maintain their own privacy policies and data handling practices. Scorology does not control how financial institutions use or store information once it has been submitted for evaluation or funding.

7. Insurance & Financial Product Data Sharing

In connection with insurance and annuity solutions, Scorology works with Experior Financial Group, an independent marketing organization that facilitates access to licensed insurance carriers.

When you request or apply for insurance or annuity products, your information may be shared with Experior Financial Group and subsequently with one or more insurance carriers for application processing, underwriting evaluation, policy issuance and servicing, and regulatory compliance.

These carriers operate as independent entities and maintain their own privacy policies and data handling practices. Scorology does not control how insurance carriers use or store information once it has been submitted as part of an application or underwriting process.

8. Third-Party Data Responsibility

When your information is shared with third-party providers, it becomes subject to their respective privacy policies and data practices.

Scorology does not control and is not responsible for third-party data handling once information is transferred.

9. Communications & Consent

Scorology communicates with users through email, SMS (text messaging), and phone calls.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications related to your inquiry and services.

• Message frequency may vary.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
